Chicken sandwich was shoe leather tough, cold and disgusting. Had to wait at the window even though there were no customers inside or out. Just a bad experience altogether. Popeyes down the Rd a few miles is worth the drive.

I haven’t left a review of a restaurant in years. But after dealing with this health hazard i had to do this. Ordered a famous bowl. Normally very good and very hot. The mashed potatoes were hot, but the chicken was clearly room temp at best. I was starving so I ate a few mouthfuls. Trying to convince myself it was ok. Within hours it became apparent it was not ok. Will be following up with another phone call to corporate and a call to the health department…

Horrible customer service and experience at this location. Placed my order and paid, then was told to wait on the side. After waiting, they came back and said they didn’t even have what I ordered. When I asked for a refund, they said they “don’t do that” and gave me attitude — as if they were doing me a favor instead of fixing their mistake. Save your money and your time. Don’t stop here. KFC needs to work better on who they hire, experience and customer service needs to be their topic priority.

We we have to went on through the drive through and ordered two 5 piece chicken tender meals. All the tenders were not at all tender. Meat was dry and breading was as really hard and crunchy. Biscuit was good fries were so-so. Employees were nice.

I would never recommend anyone to even think of this place. The staff is the slowest and most disrespectful staff in all of food service. My work is right next to them. Every time I go in I'm waiting a minimum of 20 minutes for 1 famous bowl (mashed potatoes, gravy, cheese and 5 nuggets) while they stand there doing nothing. When you call them out on them doing nothing they sit there and talk shit you like it's your fault that they're not working.
