KFC

The guy working KFC hi was rude and crazy. Food was overcooked and burn also missing side 3 item. THE MANAGER SAID HI Don't care. I was shocking!!! Do not order this location

Ordered on the app. Got to location with all doors locked. Went to the drive thru and was told to go to the front door, the food will be brought out to me. Sat at the front door for over 20 minutes and no one came out. Went back through the drive thru to find everyone on their phones not doing anything. Will never go back.

Ordered here a few times through the KFC App. Food has been OK, and I don't have high expectations for the modern day KFC. The staff has been pretty nice overall. But my most recent chicken sandwich came with an unpleasant surprise inside. I don't know how someone could have dropped such a large paper tag into a chicken sandwich. I didn't think I'd have to add to the bad reviews on this place. I've been fine overall with this place till now.

The overall experience at KFC was disappointing. Despite ordering a 3-piece box combo, the chicken was not fresh and hot, while the biscuit was stale. The coleslaw and mashed potatoes were passable but lacked freshness. Additionally, the restaurant appeared to be short-staffed, affecting the overall service quality.

Chicken was right cooked, however I tasted old fryer oil. I don't know how offen you all changed fryer oil, definitely today wasnt, plz dont fool customers. We loves eating chickens and we know!! Thanks!!
