KFC

This KFC location deserves some serious recognition. Although they’re clearly understaffed, you’d never know it from the level of customer service they provide. The staff is consistently polite, professional, and hardworking. Every time I visit, the chicken is fresh and exactly what you expect from KFC—crispy, hot, and delicious. KFC is known for its consistency, and this location delivers that despite being short-handed. I just wanted to give a big shoutout to the team here. They’re doing a great job under pressure—now someone get them some backup!

There’s a drive through here. Since there’s a long lineup of cars we go inside to get our chicken sandwiches. We are asked to wait 10 minutes to get fresh ones made. That’s ok with us. Well it turns to be a 20 minutes’s wait. There seems to be a bit of issues in prioritizing and organizing. The restaurant is very clean. The decorations are nice and fun. They messed up the order a little. At the end it’s all worth it. They are juicy crunchy big and delicious.

They had two people in there they gave me a four pieces of thighs that I had to take home and put in the oven for an hour if you're looking for a meal that you have to go home and cook that's place to go Granada sucks Grenada sucks man they should bulldoze the place down shut it down the only person in there long haired braided guy he hustles man he can't run the store by himself the nice lady in front of me the nice lady in front of me told me she'd been waiting 30 minutes for a chicken wrap I waited 30 minutes to 20 minutes for the worst meal I ever had in my life the manager there should be hung they should send them all to Jimmy John's in bulldozer that spot down and make a parking lot

I'm updating my review from a two-star to a 5 star. I tried this place six months ago and I was not happy at all. Tonight's visit staff were so friendly. Store was super clean. Food was fresh and awesome taste and not greasy at all. Front desk cashier was pro, hayden. Overall it's nice to see such great improvement. Definitely coming back. Tried the 2 for 5 chicken wraps it was a really good.

I ordered 2 8 piece meals with mashed, gravey and cole slaw. I received 1 16 piece bucket with no sides. I specifically asked that the orders be packed separately because they were going to 2 different places. The girl at the window said she was sorry but couldn't take back the bag to repackage. My bad for not checking order before I drove 35 miles home to discover all I had was 16 pieces in a bucket! That's what $50 gets you these days!
