KFC

I visited this KFC location today and, unfortunately, experienced some of the worst customer service I have encountered. I typically avoid confrontation, but the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional during a simple interaction. At other KFC locations, similar requests have never been an issue, so I was surprised by the response I received. Customers should not be spoken to disrespectfully, especially when they are simply placing an order and paying for their food the way they prefer it. That said, the food itself was excellent. However, customer service—particularly from management—is something that seriously needs to be addressed. Respectful communication should always be a priority.

Terrible service and quality. I made the order by app to pick it up and I had to wait 20 min. Also in the picture you can see the chicken conditions and my order was incomplete. 2 pieces less.

Located in the Pines Palm Office Park Plaza, this KFC is just walking distance from the pediatric dentist I take my kids to. The drive-thru had a line so I opted to go inside. Much larger than the Sheridan location, the restaurant was clean and there was plenty of table seating for customers. KFC's menu offers a variety of chicken meals in either original recipe, extra crispy, or grilled. There's also sandwiches, sides, dessert, and cold beverages at reasonable prices. I was immediately greeted by a male employee who took my order of the $5 two piece fill up value meal, which consisted of two piece chicken (drum & thigh), a chocolate chip cookie, a biscuit, a medium drink, and a choice of side (mashed potatoes). Food tasted strange. At least 3 pieces were inedible. Workers just hanging out instead of working or cleaning the dirty meal prep area. Never again. Stupid app sent me to this location. I didn't go out of choice.
