If I can give it 0 stars I would. I don’t know how this business stays open honestly. They should just close it down and allow someone else to provide for the community here better service. They always seem to forget something in the order. Never fails. Then when it comes to correcting it it takes a while. There’s been times they sent me to wait in the parking lot because it’s going to “take a while” then after 15 minutes I go inside and my bag is there sitting on their counter getting cold. Also if you don’t speak Spanish like I do. Forget about it. They will for sure forget something or not understand you completely. It’s just terrible overall. I hadn't had KFC in such a long time, maybe a couple of years or so. I was pleasantly surprised. I asked for a fresh drop because I don't like the chicken that's been cooked and sitting on those ovens. The first attendant didn't quite understand what I meant, but the other one who seemed to be a manager or shift leader told me it would take just 12 minutes. Told him I was not in a rush and thank them. They were both very kind and gave me one each of their new sauces for me to try, and to boot even added an extra piece to the bucket. They even gave me a bunch of hot sauces which is what I wanted but didn't want to ask so as to not be too demanding, but it was like she read my mind! This location claims to accept EBT, but they treat customers who use it with zero respect. I came here during a difficult time in my life, and instead of a meal and a moment of peace, I was met with discrimination. The staff made me feel incredibly unwelcome from the moment I ordered, acting as if I were a burden. They rush you to eat and get out. It’s sickening to see a business take government funds but treat the people using them like second-class citizens. Avoid this place if you expect basic human decency.

I've been to this location twice so far. On both occasions, I've ordered a 3 piece original recipe with all white meat. Twice already, I've received backs instead of breast meat and was charged extra for it. These servers don't know the difference from a breast piece of chicken, from a back piece of chicken! Unbelievable!
