KFC

Ordered a 8 piece nugget meal and a 5 piece, we’re eating and I thought my tooth broke! Oh no it a fry, that muthersucker was so damn hard. Not good!!!

Call ahead to ask about BBQ wings if I needed to order in advance. Was told no they alway have them I said ok. Showed up a hour later to have to wait just like she said I wouldn't have to wait. 02/08/26 An she was not happy when I pointed it out.

Is there a reason your "honey bbq wings" are so damn spicy? Thats not honey bbq. and i know you guys have regular honey bbq cuz we've had them. Your cooks arent changing wing mixing bowls or getting the order wrong. Either way it sucks

Actually, the service was quick, the person that was on the speaker was informative and professional, the lady that gave me my food was very nice and professional! The food was awesome. Actually the KFC at this location is the best, which is such a surprise in this society. It's the only fast food I go to, thanks KFC and staff!!!

As we were waiting for our mobile order to show ready for pick up an employee sent her boyfriend to our car to scream about "his parking lot" and tell us to leave. I go inside to get our order and he follows my husband inside to inform us he doesn't work there, and the woman behind the counter informs us it is her boyfriend. After the entire situation we get our food and go home to find that the sandwich is cold and soggy so all the breading is falling off, the wedges arent even close to crispy, and the chicken leg and thigh are both oily and cold. Worst KFC location and experience ever! I wouldn't recommend going there if it was the last KFC in the world.
