Ordered online 15 minutes ahead order was not ready, employees were not attentive or professional. I ordered a queso dip and was told they didn't have it after waiting 10 more minutes (still waiting on food) they said the had it but I was no longer interested in waiting. Fire everybody several customers came in an walked out in the time I waited as well

I Asked for an 8 piece family meal and was told all they don't have chicken. So I asked what do they have? They said they only have mashed potatoes. Obviously they don't want to work. I could understand if I came 5-10 minutes before closing but that's not the case in this situation.

Do not order online or pick up. Each time we have done so our Chicken was over cooked. The pot pie edges were so hard I had to break it off. Only one time has our order been worth the money. Always go inside and order seems your food is better that way. Avoid the Biscuits the flavor is overwhelming of Baking powder.

Make sure you don't order food a full hour and a half before they close, they wont make it! they wont even ask what the order is, they'll just say the same thing before you can even speak. "we most likely dont have your order". its happened like 5 times now. but they sure do have marijuana to smoke outside the front doors!

Sooo the thing is. Ive been here several times in the last few days( Yes, I know I’m a fat ass but menstrual cravings are no joke) and I’m not sure what the young man’s name is thats taken my order each time in the drive through is. But he is by far the happiest, nicest, polite, and pleasant fast food worker ive EVER encountered in my whole life. Every time ive been to this location hes been nothing but nice to me, and the others ive heard him speak to. I will find out his name I’m sure the next time I come in. But this young man definitely deserves a raise, or a really good holiday bonus.
