KFC

Easy access parking and entryway. The staff seemed less than happy that we were there. Answered our questions ok but not suggestive in several ways. Our drink cups were given to us as though we were here before,and we have not. We looked for a fresh tea urn and found none on the customer side of the counter so we reluctantly chose water. Then when the meal was ready for take out we did notice the tea urn on the staff side of the counter. They won we lost. Overall value of this meal was lost on the indifference of how we were made to feel. The experience requires that we don't return to this location again.

Where do I start, I went through the drive-thru, I thought it should be quick since no cars were there, man was I wrong. I paid for my order and was asked to pull to the front. I waited about 20 minutes for straight garbage. I got to my spot before I realized she did not give me my bottled water. When I opened my food up I was so disappointed I just said forget it. I took a bite of the chicken and became nausea. For this the be one of the biggest chicken chains in the world they really need to do better. I’m not sure if this is franchise or corporate, someone needs to get quality control in there fast and really focus on management there. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with KFC. If this KFC thinks it’s ok to serve food like this, it needs to be shutdown.

Went to the Reidsville KFC.. something I usually swear off since the customer service is always hit or miss and the food is usually not that great but decided to give it another try. They were out of about everything that I wanted so I settled on a 3 piece chicken tenders (if you can count them as whole tenders) and fries. The worst $8 Ive spent in awhile. COLD, HARD chicKen tenders and fries and the tea had been sitting out for bout 3 hours too long! NASTY! They should be ashamed to sell that quality of food! I could’ve broken a tooth on those chicken tenders!

Took 40 minutes to pick up our online order. They were not busy, and I stood at the register for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. The three employees were in the back talking. They didn't even know of my order. We didn't get our sweet tea, or any of the sauces we ordered. And the new "saucy nuggets" were just plain nuggets. All our chicken had a burnt taste to it.

My first issue, with this KFC location, began when I attempted to call in a Pick-Up order. The phone rang almost 20 times before an exasperated employee answered. Her tone led me to believe that I was bothering her, somehow, when I asked to place my order. She replied with, “No, but, you can do it online”, before she hung up on me. Since I had a coupon, I decided to just stop in, and place my order in person, instead. Upon arriving, there were no customers, except for one car, in the Drive-Thru lane. It STILL took them 15 mins to approach the counter, and take my order. I ordered a 12 piece Family Meal. The food was mostly adequate (small, undercooked biscuits, dry slaw, 2 overcooked pieces of chicken) for the most part, but, their service leaves a lot to be desired. If you’re looking for
