I always come here to buy a big family meal. Or if not a craving!!! There’s great deals on the app as well. I did purchase the festive feast and it’s a really good deal. Over the lady that attended me was polite and helpful.

This is the best KFC in the United States of America. If you never come here, you must do it now. Yes, right now. You will witness the best fried chicken ever made in the planet. The people are also very nice and friendly. They have spacious and clean dining room. 10 out of 10.

I would like to share an experience my mother and I had this morning at your KFC branch. Unfortunately, our visit was met with significant disappointment due to both an incorrect order and the manner in which the situation was handled. We initially ordered a number three combo, which includes four pieces of chicken. However, when we received our order, it was incorrect, we were given a 12 piece meal instead. When we approached the staff to politely correct the order, the manager came out and insisted that we had indeed ordered the 12 piece. We explained again that we had actually ordered the four piece combo. Rather than helping us fix the mistake, the manager told us that changing the order was a problem and refused to correct it. They Should really figure out that They are not the only ones who speak and understand Spanish! Horrible Team and the Food is totally different than the Location in Deer Park that I had 2 days ago. What a Shame!

If you really don't like the job you should look for another one because the customer service is truly disgusting.
