KFC

This was in my 3 year olds happy meal that he ate half of, INCLUDING the raw chicken. This is ABSOLUTELY disgusting and a health violation. We waited about 30 minutes for our food and also didn’t receive everything so we had to go back in. The person that helped us through the drive through was rude and I will not be going there ever again for ALL these reasons.

February 28th 2025 sometime near 5:00 p.m. I purchased a eight-piece meal with two sides through the drive up. I don't really care for the KFC's in my area. The food is really gone downhill in the last 20 years. But coming home I stopped at your store in Riverton Utah, convinced myself that you had to be better than the rundown stores I've been going to. There's two reasons people eat at KFC the chicken and the biscuits. If I could have picked zero Stars I would have. The young man who took my order was very kind. But your biscuits are burnt, I cannot imagine how long they've been sitting in your warmer, you couldn't even break open the biscuit to put butter in the middle because the size caved in and crumbled. I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC location. I ordered two classic sandwiches and was told to wait in my car—they would bring the order out shortly. After 35 minutes, I still had no food. During that time, I watched multiple cars arrive after me and get served before me. At the 20-minute mark, I went inside to ask about my order. The front counter employee refused to check with the kitchen staff and spent most of the time standing around doing nothing. I also asked two other employees several times; each time they told me my order “wasn’t ready yet,” even as they continued delivering food to other cars. We came to this KFC in Riverton. I asked if they had the Mac n cheese bowl, the manager lady got this annoyed look and taunting simile saying no. It was a limited time item. That's fine. But I didn't ask why. I just asked if you had it. Thank you. The guy taking our order tried to charge us $3 for water. Ordered just a cheese cony dog. He charged us for the whole meal. We ordered 3 chicken tenders and a side of mashed potatoes. Which costs $11.30. whereas the meal with a biscuit and a drink would of been $9. Then he charged us for a dipping sauce we didn't ask for. 3 chicken tenders, 1 side of mashed potatoes, one famous bowl, and one coney cheese dog came to $25. Which was ridiculous. After we ordered it took over 20 minutes to actually get our food. (what happened to fast food?). And

To preface, the manager was very friendly and gave us a refund, which I appreciated. Because when got here, we ordered a 16 piece extra crispy bucket of chicken, the woman taking my order kept laughing and taking forever to answer my questions. I deduced she might have a bit of special needs, which I understand but that doesn’t excuse her for being rude. She went and asked the manager if there was extra crispy chicken left and according to her, he said there was most of the chicken left, only the drum sticks would be original recipe, which I said was fine. When it came out, they were all original recipe, so we asked for a refund, and the woman started mocking my husband and mouthing “wow” to another customer in line. Extremely rude and unprofessional on her part.
