KFC

This place is awful! I stopped by during a trip to Rowlett, and after spending $40 on chicken, it was old, cold, and flavorless. The fries were even worse—hot ones on top and cold, stale ones underneath. KFC, you really need to send a secret shopper to check this location out. I can't imagine you'd want this store representing your brand!

I ordered the honey Bar-B-Q combo and was pretty disappointed! It wasn't the same as it was when it first came out! The main reason is, it was too salty!!! 🧂 Combo meal wasn't anything special. Service was good and friendly. As for atmosphere, it doesn't apply because it's a fast food establishment. Order was a little over $12 for 3 pieces dark meat, mash potatoes, a biscuit and a medium drink. To me, the combo that I had ordered wasn't worth the money based on the quality of the food. This is only my opinion and perhaps others may find it appealing.

Terrible experience with the manager Carlos yesterday. Came in and purchased almost $70 worth of chicken for my family. Was then told after my purchase that they didn't have enough chicken to complete my order. Asked for a refund and was denied and told I would have to call corporate for a refund. Walked out without any chicken and am now out almost $70. Based on the reviews, it seems this place is always out of chicken, which makes sense when nearly 3 hours before closing time, the machines were off, and the store looks like this. Update: I contacted corporate multiple times and have still not received my refund.

Great Service. Young man at the counter was nice. Receipt says Oscar hope that's his name, he was very helpful and friendly. Food was great well prepared and hot. I will go out my way to come back here.

Some finger licking good original recipe chicken! Yum!! Always tastes awesome here and consistently good service too!
