Horrible drive threw customer service, couldn't understand her. Got home and the biscuits were hard as rocks, very little gravy. Chicken sat in warmer too long. Will not be going back, waste of money.
Food is normally good, problem I have is the don’t put everything in that you order. Two times straight in the row they have forgotten an item that I had ordered, first time I ordered a three piece and only got a two piece and the other time as I ordered an extra large side and never got it. I paid for it, though, didn’t see it until I got home.
Great fast food in Roxboro! 100% Sanitation Rating! Staff are friendly and down to earth. Eat here regularly without a bad experience.
Place should be shut down. Always rude staff, ridiculous wait times, and the food is usually never right. Can't give a negative star, so I reckon a 1 will suffice.
Employees working hard. Must be short staffed. This place needs a new manager. I waited 12 minutes to order. For some reason they can't keep help.
