Don’t do a takeout here, every time my take out chicken order always dry and black, looks like it’s been sitting there overnight then they refried it,chicken meat are super dry,it end up I throw it in trash can. But I dine in there couple times was good just take long times to wait

Absolutely terrible service. Lunch time and standing i. Line at the counter to oder for 10 minutes while 3 people are working drive thru and in the back. Food was so so when I got it. They need more help.

My husband I went thru the drive thru in salem. We asked for 2 6 piece hot and spicy combos. They asked if we wanted regular or spicy. We said one spicy one and one regular. When we got home the regular wings only included 3 wings and potatoe wedges. The potatoe wedges were very hard and barely edible. I called to tell them and they offered to fix it but after being at work I was to tired to drive back which I really appreciate. If the meal has any differences between spicy and not spicy just let people know. And give customers fresh food.

My son loved the spicy chicken sandwich and French fries. He said they were each seasoned just right. I, however, did not care for the fried chicken. It was served with way too much oil, just dripping off it, which stymied the flavor and seasonings. Service was a little slow, but everyone was friendly and courteous.

It was our first time at this location. We ordered the regular fried chicken wrap with fries and chicken tenders with fries. The fried chicken wrap comes with 2 wraps and only with mayo and pickles. The fried chicken was a huge disappointment. Come on, KFC! Get it together! the wraps that you used to carry were really good. Bring back the fried chicken bacon wrap with ranch dressing and tomatoes. Why did you take it off the menu? And why would you bring the fried chicken wrap back and do it different? Next time, I will order a pot pie or stick to old faithful the original recipe chicken.
