1/24/2026 Saturday 11am, I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich meals and 6 tenders through the drive-thru. I had to wait 10 minutes on my fries in the front parking lot. So looked at my receipt and it said 2 no sauce. So I ask the lady who brought my food out why I didn't get any sauce with tenders and she replied you didn't tell them that you wanted any sauce so they not gonna give you any sauce with a attitude. If you want the sauce you gonna have to go inside and talk with them. The lady just walked away with a bad attitude to the side of the building to smoke a cigarette. I had to get out of my car and go inside, when I got inside the young boy that took my order just looked at me and turned away. This is what y’all consider acceptable? After damn near throwing the food into my car.

Bone in chicken and chicken sandwich were hot and fresh. The manager was very kind and in control. The employees all seemed to work well together and help each other out when needed.

The food was nasty, I had no choice but to comment. I went there for a chicken sandwich, looked at the menu, ended up getting that 5 dollar, drum and thigh deal. Should've stayed with my first gut. The drum was sketchy but alright, that dang gone thigh 😳 KFC I almost threw up yesterday's dinner too, 0 🌟's

Do not go here on weekends. They have a whole different crew of teenagers working who couldn’t care less. It’s wonderful during the week and the food is fantastic, but weekends it’s terrible. Chicken wasn’t done and they forgot our biscuits. We ordered extra crispy and they gave us original. This is the second time we’ve tried on weekends and both times have been bad. Go during the week for a better experience!
