Andrea is the name on the receipt, just went in there for a couple biscuits and I request honey, when I opened the bag I only saw butter(which I didn’t request) and I told her “I’m sorry I need honey” her response was so RUDE saying “I put honey and butter!!!” I took a double look and I saw the honey, as a costumer this is very uncomfortable when you try to make the costumer feel that way, and I reply back “SO RUDE” I am a server and this service was very bad, hope if I come again I won’t have to place my order with her or I’ll respectfully request for someone else to take my order, and for her giving something it wasn’t requested that is food cost for the store, 12 butters for 2 biscuits??? That’s insane! Andrea needs costumer service classes!!

This new KFC is better than the old one. The employee was nice. The food was delicious. 10/10 would come back again

Their chicken is not cooked properly, I'm going to have it re-cook it at the house
