KFC

The tenders were tiny. The Mac n cheese were overcooked or something, not very good. And we were supposed to get 5 sauces, not only did we get 4 sauces, but they were the wrong 4 sauces. Disappointing

Sunday evening around 7-8 pm We ordered online to pick up. We arrive and the first thing we get is “what do you need?” Not hello, hi, how are you? Nothing. So we tell them we are there to pick up an order. “What’s the name and what is it?” In an annoyed voice. None of us asked you as an employee to be there. Your unhappy continue looking for work but in the mean time be nice to those you serve it’s called customer service. It costs $0 to be kind and professional. We all go through things but again it is not the customers fault. I’m sure when they did the interview that wasn’t your attitude during the interview.

FYI use the app feed a family under 30 buck’s for 6 but love me some Diane I believe is her name shorter black lady she always so sweet and understand a man need Honey with his biscuit and Hotsauce on his chicken 🐔 She said we out of Honey I said then you going home with me I gotta have sweetness with my biscuit 🤣🤣 great folk’s and good Food as always! ​I placed an online order 25 minutes before my scheduled pickup. When I arrived at the store, my order wasn't ready. I waited for over 10 minutes at the counter and was completely ignored by every staff member. It's truly disappointing when a business shows no interest in helping or even acknowledging its customers, especially when they've already paid for an online order. The terrible service made the experience very frustrating.

The manager waymen (older black guy) or whatever his name is is extremely rude. His attitude at the drive thru was like he was bothered. Not only that but he treats his employees horribly. I overheard the way he spoke to them and I was disgusted. I would not support this KFC.
