They didn't have enough crispy chicken to fill my order. I had already paid so I asked for a refund. She said if I could take some crispy and original she could fill my order. I said ok to it and my food was to me quickly. I believe her name was Laquisha that came to the window. She was helpful and was willing to work out a solution. Excellent service!!!

Awful service! I placed a mobile order because I needed to be able to run in and pick it up and go. I placed the order 30 minutes before I needed to pick it up. I arrived after 30 minutes, and it wasn’t ready. I checked with the employee at the counter, so that they knew I was there waiting on it. Fifteen minutes pass while I watch people come order they’ve food, get it and leave, cars coming and going through the drive-thru. There were also two other ladies waiting in the same situation who were both there when I arrived. It’s like they keep moving the mobile peddlers to the end of the line even though we were all standing there! When I go back to the counter and tell them that I have been waiting 15 minutes for an order that was placed 45 minutes ago, one of the employees said they had t

In and out quickly! Super clean and my food was fresh and hot! Love the cheese curds from here, better than Dairy Queen! Will be going back!

Everytime I come there’s never any extra crispy chicken literally every single time no matter what time during the day. Why are we advertising it if we don’t have it.

Every… Single… Time… “Pull up and wait… pull up and wait” slowest KFC on the planet. I can’t even patronize this place anymore because by the time I get my food, my lunch break is over and I can’t eat it anyways…. Thanks for nothing, Will be going to other restaurants from here on out.
