One of the worse experiences ever. Chicken looked old. Asked the cashier if it was fresh stated no and that they are out of chicken. Making some takes about 1/2 hr. Asked for my money back stated manager wasn't around and will be back in 15 minutes. Wow! He seemed pissed off at everything. (Manager was on site just on break, wow!) Cool place if you can get food that isn't old. Went across the street for fresh food.

Very clean spot to stop and grab a bite! Staff were very friendly too! Food was nice and hot! We stopped in around 2pm, it was so quiet and relaxing. Took our time eating and chatting. Great place!!

The staff were nice, but there was a long line to order… maybe they were understaffed. We ended us getting out of line and using one the kiosks when one became available. Several Tables were dirty. The food was no good… I now remember why I don’t order original recipe… it tasted like soap.. the corn was ok. The apple pie poppers were good.

Staff was nice. Fried chicken was dry and burnt and cold, didn’t receive the wedges I ordered and they were replaced with burnt and cold French fries, and the biscuit was cold and stale. Even the Dr Pepper tasted off. Would have gone back if I wasn’t traveling because it was inedible

Overcooked and dried out chicken tenders that were likely prepared at noon and served at 4:30PM resulted in a dinner that was unacceptable. In other words, the tenders were likely kept under a heat lamp for over four hours. All other food items in the order were satisfactory. Second time I have had this experience at this location. It will be the last time.
