KFC

Cherise is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly polite, even when she has a lot of customers. She was the only one working. In a short span of about a half hour, she had served us our food, piping hot and fresh. She made the experience a lovely visit! She was polite, well-spoken, customer service expert and just a sweetheart. She deserves a raise, honestly. 💜 10/10 would recommend.

I visited KFc today at 6:15pm and was told they could not sell me additional chicken wings nor what i ordered. The lady in the back said the chicken wings were for other customers and I thought KFC was in the business to sell food to paying customers who come to the store. The staff got irritated because I asked when did that policy change the lady in the back starred me down. The managers may need to hire staff that care about their sales and not saving the food they should be selling customers just to take home. I’ve watched staff clock out and take more bags of food than all of the customers in the lobby.. I just won’t be going back to that location. It’s usually good when the young man that’s the manager is on site. He makes sure your order is hot and correct. Please keep him or somebo

I bought a 2 peice meal and the size of the chicken was too small. The drumstick and the thigh did not have enough meat on them. Secondly they need to change the oil that they cook the chicken in. The chicken was close to black and dripping off dirty oil. It did not have the thick brown fried coating on it. Half of the chicken was bare and black looking. Why do you sell customers chicken looking like this? I asked for hot sauce while going through the drive-thro I was not given any hot sauce. I had forgotten to ask for honey, and I asked for it at the window as I paid for the food,I could tell the ladies attitude changed just because I asked her for honey and she had to grab some honey. They did not even include the hot sauce. Please change the oil that you cook the chicken in oftenly. I

Decent food but if you come here on Friday’s they claim to be open until 11 PM; however, I arrived on Friday at 10:20 pm and was told in the drive through that they were closed and if I wanted food I had to come inside and order and expect a 1 hour wait! I parked and came inside but no one was manning the counter and the 3-4 employees in the back were actively ignoring all the customers inside who were trying to order food. They were cleaning up and getting ready to leave early and no one was going to slow them down.

You can train monkeys to listen and do a better job than the staff at the portage location. They are very slow and rude. All KFC sells is chicken but you still have to wait every time you go there. And they always seem to make a mistake with my order. They need to close the portage location because the staff is very slow in more ways than one.
