Super disappointed after reading amazing reviews online. When I arrived to pick up my to go order I went through the drive threw to pick up the order, as I received the first half of the order I asked the woman working the window (Jamine) if I could have some butter for the biscuits because it wasn’t available online to select it. She gave pushed back stating if you put it on the order it is in the bag. Okay great, thank you I said. I pulled forward and checked my order, not only was it only half of my order but it was ICE COLD! I pulled around and went in the the lobby to let the manager know and was being stared at from behind where the chicken remaining to be warmed is - she said nothing as she hesitated to come to the counter as she approached I asked if the apple pie desserts were m

The new twister wraps are absolutely amazing and the naked chicken wrap is also amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful even when they are super busy they absolutely do there best. We love this kfc it's absolutely our favorite around

Ordered 12 piece nugget and there were 11 pieces but 4 of the 11 weren’t even nuggets. They were like scrap batter pieces with basically no chicken in them. The bottom right is what I would consider a still small nugget about the size of a quarter but the others were even smaller than that.

Ordered an 8pc meal, they said they were out of chicken for 20 minutes because it was busy (understandable). The manager brought my food to my car as soon as it was done and apologized for my wait, great service! Maybe keep a better eye on your chicken😂

We did an online order that we picked up. I called in while placing my order and asked the manager if we could buy biscuits when we came in and how many come in an order. He could not answer my questions. The person at the register was very helpful with thid problem. Why didn't the msnager have an answer to a very simple question? Our bags were labeled 1of2 and 2of2. We picked them up. Got home and many of our items were missing. Apparently there was a 3rd bag! We had to go back down to pick up the rest of our order. By the time we ate our food was cold. No apology for the mislabeled bags. They were not busy. 1 car at the drive thru one couple at a table inside. It was new years eve.
