Ordered online at 430pm. Was told to pick up at 515. It’s 530 and I’ve been told they are “working on it”. Employees work as though they are high, or drunk, or don’t care. Makes me wonder if I’m going to get sick once I get the food back to my family. Avoid this location. Don’t go.

Fresh, hot, and delicious. Had to wait for the chicken to cook, but it was worth it.

Amazing service , clean and stocked, Best KFC. Mainly it is not out of the way. And it’s as safe as it gets, better service than ludlow ! For sure. No horrible traffic and Starbucks is 25 ft away in a joining parking lot.

Idk why is getting so expensive and they barely fill up the bowl’s like back in the days for the Family Meals. I would appreciate if they start filling up those bowl because that’s the reason why I don’t come as often anymore. $40 in a family Meal I would expect my bowls to be full especially the mash potatoes. But the food is delicious.

NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN!!! Absolutely one of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had. Our order was completely wrong-not just one item, but the whole thing, the meat and even the sauce. The chicken itself was a joke; it was basically just crisp and bone, no actual meat to speak of. Trying to get this fixed was a nightmare. The cashier was not helpful, and when we explained the issue, they were mean and refused to do anything about it.This place was a total letdown. P.S. We probably overpaid for our order, but there was no way to check it because the cashier didn't ever care, and refused to explain.
