KFC

You know I continue to come here because I love the food. But every time , I come in, everyone that works there is always complaining that, “everyone always has to be so difficult.” It’s usually because “everyone” likes dark meat. They never have it ready and you would think based on previous weeks, they would have an idea on how much they should cook each night so they wouldn’t have a long wait. I still continue to go because they’ve never been so rude to me or gave me bad food to the point of no return, but I’m so tired of being treated like I’m such a burden just because I want dark meat. KFC you need to make a difference so us regular customers keep coming back and actually feel comfortable coming back.

Maybe if I used the drive through i wouldn't have to wait 10 minutes or more for my food. Very disappointing. Especially since they don't do refunds. Excuse me? I paid for a service i expect to receive in a professional manner. If I don't receive it then I expect my money back. They take your money before even giving you the food. Kinda messed up to me. And after I told them why I was there, then they say "hello? Can I help you?" Like i didn't already give them my order

I don’t know where to start. The restaurant was disgusting and smelled like the oil should have been changed last week. The employees were unfriendly and unprofessional The restaurant seriously needs deep cleaned. It’s like they just skip half the chores. The lemonade tasted like chemicals. The chicken was soggy, they skimped on the gravy, the Mac n cheese was overcooked, the biscuits were dry and chewy but also soggy. I did try to eat a piece of chicken, but it was like it had been stepped on because I just got a mouthful of broken bones. Vile and unacceptable.

Well I did put a not so good report because they were trying to make me the customer correct their mistake. But they tried to correct their mistake and now doordash is not wanting to do redelivery so now I'm doing it again doordash. I am a good customer I don't yell and scream at people and I think and commend the working manager that is working today. Manager Hannah thank you for trying to correct the mistake.

Used the drive through ordered 5 pot pies and they were fresh, hot and ready and delicious! The young man in the drive thru was friendly and quick.
