This is a go only if you have a cast iron stomach and tons of time. Seriously I ordered a chicken sandwich it took 18 minutes to receive my fast food. The funny thing is I ordered no pickles…cuz I hate pickles. 10 minutes in my order is called out and placed on the counter with the girl saying that is my food. As I walked to the counter the drive through girl ran to the front counter grabbed my food and handed it out the window to a drive through customer while yelling at the cook that she put fries in the order instead or wedges. Then she yelled wedges needed hot! Right now. The girl at the counter simply stood there with her mouth open… stunned. She rushed another order for me. Of course there were pickles on the replacement sandwich. After 18 minutes I just left. What a joke.

I ordered two Mac and cheese bowels which one was spicy and one medium fries with honey mustard. First of all, when I got the food, they forgot the French fries so I had to ask and wait longer for them. Then I got my food and sat down and tried a French fry and it tasted super old as if it was a month old. (No joke) then I opened the two bowels and one was mashed potatoes and not Mac and cheese like I asked for. Also there was a pool of grease in the Mac and cheese, making it appear unappetizing. Very disappointing because it was 17 dollars. I do not recommend coming to this location.

Terrible I only came here cause my grandparents wanted food from here. I never eat at KFC especially not this location. First of all the floor was wet all over the drink dispenser area, the man in front of me literally slid to the dispenser. I had to pull forward for an order that I had placed in advance which I don’t too much mind, but as I’m sitting there, the lady next to me gets out of her car three times because her order is wrong.. Missing my drink and no sauces. I got extra crispy when I didn’t ask for it the tenders combo was bagged in multiple bags when my food could’ve just been in the one box the tenders came in, but I guess 12 bags inside of one plastic one is better than nothin. Placed an order 12/2/25 the Tuesday special bucket of chicken regular and 3 chicken pot pies pulled up to the window to pay for my order and was asked to park as there would be a 12 min wait on the pies however I sat in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting on my food! Finally had to go walk in and ask where my food was?? Bc the wait was more than expected and kfc wasn't that busy this is ridiculous went on to get my food and was told my order got skipped

Asked for specific substitutions for items they said were unavailable. They did not follow and just gave what they felt like giving. Was made to wait as we're all the cars before and after me.
