There's definity some disorginization going on, I used drive-thru after placing my order paying I received my drink I was then asked to pull out front and she would bring out my order in 6 minutes. The dreaded pull around and wait,we've all probably been through it! So I waited and it's now more than double, the question is how long do you wait, did they forget about me? So I went inside and and told the guy I was waiting for order and he said chicken tenders weren't out yet,finally got food a few minutes later but it was 15 minutes later by then! There was also an elderly man in store that was very agitated about being given the wrong sides and no one seemed to be in control of the situation,so that was an uncomfortable situation to be around. Haven’t had KFC in a while and wanted to try something different… the guy who took my order and was working the drive though window tonight at this location (1/5/26) gave me two great suggestions and the food was good! Great service, good food, great experience!

One of my longtime friends works here. She has been with the company since 1995, and is Great at her job. This KFC is Super Clean and the food is Very Good! Mosco and Her Team Members Are Always ~ Friendly & Respectful

Tuesday special 8 pieces chicken regular was very salty, greasy and sloppy. Last time I will ever purchase Kentucky Tuesday special. Although the chicken was always too salty and saggy. This was the worse.

Though KFC Stoughton doesn't carry a full menu , what they do offer is delicious. This location is always very busy with long wait times, The two things that remain consistent is their great tasting food and excellent customer service.
