KFC

Last Tuesday 2/10/26 at 8pm Jamaican woman I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this KFC location. During my visit, a staff member made a racial slur and said something that made me feel disrespected and unwelcome as a customer. No one should ever have to deal with that kind of behavior when simply trying to order food. Customer service should be respectful and professional to everyone, regardless of who they are. I hope management takes this seriously, addresses the situation, and provides proper training so this does not happen to anyone else. I am sharing this review so others are aware and so the company has an opportunity to correct this behavior.

They ALWAYYYYYSSSSSSS run out of food! The manager name Sophie was SO RUDE AND HAD NO SENSE OF URGENCY. We needed her to fix an order on the computer and she completely ignored the request to hold up the line instead of handling the matter at hand that required her authorization! Absolutely disgusting!!!!! This location is a repeat offender of poor customer service

This was the most horrible meal I've ever received from KFC. The fries were sticking together and soggy. You can tell the entire meal was prepared in old oil that has been reused for about a month. I pray my entire family and I do not get ill. Not to mention watery mac and cheese !!! Waste of money !!!! Place smelled like old mop water mixed with urine ,that obviously hasn't be change in sometime. should have know better !!

I stopped at this Kentucky fried chicken with plans of going through the drive-through, but there is no drive-through. As a matter of fact, you can’t even drive around the building, because there was a vehicle parked in the middle behind it, blocking anyone from getting through. Turns out this vehicle belongs to a manager of this establishment, according to what I was told. Anyway, I purchased a famous bowl and it was pretty good. Staff member I was served by was both friendly and helpful, which I appreciate.

I placed an order online, waited a half hour before pick up. When i finally arrived order was never put together. Waited another 45 min. Store was busy, i get it. But by the time i got the food was cold and part was missing. I didnt even dare go back since it was busy and it was another 15 min Drive oneway. No one picks up the phone so i can follow up with them. So now im out the food and the money I spent. How do we resolve this?
