We ordered online and the food was packed as if it was thrown together in the bag. We was missing some sauces. One of the tenders orders supposed to be hot honey flavor but both end up being honey bbq. I had ordered two famous bowls and one of them didn't even have chicken in it. Customer service was lacking and seemed unresponsive.

Only bought coleslaw and Mashed Potatoes! The Mashed Potatoes sucked! They were tasteless. Don't wanna know what it really is! But the Coleslaw was phenomenal! Gonna buy two more per week! Goes perfect with EVERYTHING!

Not sure the guy's name but whoever was working the register today was amazing!! Extremely helpful & patient while we were ordering. Probably the best service I have had in an extremely long time. They were busy too and expectee to wait awhile but came out quick and was very hot and fresh! He went above and beyond anything that we're used to. Thanks again for the great experience, we'll be back for sure!

i picked up my order from the online order counter and got to my car only to realize i was missing a side. Mind you, i came in at the exact pick up time and nobody was there to tell me a piece of my order was missing or unavailable so i interpreted it as an honest mistake. I go back in and wait at the counter to get my other side, only to be met with an employee looking at me like i’m stupid or something. I ask for the side of fries and she says the fries are down. I then ask for another side and she says it’s down too. There was no effort to replace the food i was missing, so I just left because i’m not the type to make anybody’s life difficult especially when I know how draining customer service jobs can be. It was just disappointing that no replacement was offered (or apparently availab

The pot pie was outstanding. I thought they had made a mistake on my order. I spoke to a very polite person at the counter. She graciously showed My mistake. Everyone is very nice, including the very cheerful gentleman that took my order at the counter. I recommend going in and dining. 🎄
