Today I went by drive through around 6:15 7:45 I ordered the number 2 combo It was supposed to have 3 pieces of chicken, but when I got home I noticed that there were only 2 pieces of chicken I called the store to complain about the missing piece, and they told me that all three pieces were supposed to be in the box or perhaps it was at another store, I told them that I had paid for three pieces and that I could go to the store to get the missing piece or they would give me my money back for the missing piece of chicken or I would return the food and get full refund, they agreed to do that. When I arrived at the store, I explained what had happened again to Miss BRITTNEY LARA. She refused to give me my money back and was very rude, saying that the box contained all three pieces of chicken

The KFC staff has absolutely no manners. They don't know how to talk to customers, nor do they prepare orders quickly. The entire staff is constantly talking on the phone, seemingly uninterested in anyone. They don't listen to anyone.

Ordering from UberEats has become a consistent gamble—except the house always wins and the customer always loses. Tonight’s order arrived wrong, incomplete, and stone cold, turning what should have been dinner into an expensive lesson in lowered expectations. The quality was so poor it made fast food look artisanal; I would have been better off pulling over at a roadside chicken shack run out of someone’s garage with a questionable fryer. This wasn’t just disappointing—it was a complete waste of money, time, and trust.

Ordered from the app from work. Drove and pick up. They are still hot. I like KFC original chickens always good. Parking is good.

I ordered the 12-piece chicken and was disappointed with the quality. The chicken was extremely oily and the seasoning was too salty. I feel the salt level should be reduced, and the chicken could be fried with less oil. Hoping to see improvement next time.
