Ordered on the App Please be aware the Free delivery is through Door dash . Worst Food I ever received ! The Mac and cheese bowl was 1/3 full and when I stirred it up I found not one but 2 hairs in my food ! The chicken nuggets in the bowl and the side order were so hard I couldn’t eat them . When I called The Surfside store the manager said she couldn’t give a refund because I ordered through the App ! When I asked her to find out who packaged this order she told me she was too busy . Horrible never again right in the garbage 🗑️

I wanted to say the shift leader Alecia was awesome. My husband and I went through the drive thru and placed an order, we were asked to drive up to the front door because it would take about 4 minutes. while sitting there my husband noticed a sign for apple bites, of course he wanted them. So I went inside to purchase them while waiting for our pot pies. Alecia was running the drive-thru and helping at the front counter. To me it seemed chaotic but She was calm, cool, and collective. She was so sweet. I was not happy about the 2 inch bone found in my pot pie, but at least I know it has real chicken.

Bought a chicken sandwich meal combo with French fries, 5 nuggets and a drink on 3/2/26. I became very ill over the next 14 hours and I believe it was food poisoning. As this meal was the only thing I ate all day, it had to be the chicken. I will never go back to this KFC.

Terrible service. Will not waste my time ever again. Went in at 6:30 on a Tuesday night. 1 car in drive thru, no one was in the restaurant and after waiting over 15 minutes without even being acknowledged that we were standing there, I ask was only the drive thru being served, one employee finally looked at me and made some comment. Needless to say we left and will not go back. The worst service EVER.

Manager Victoria is THE BEST they come. Went above and beyond to help me out. Service with a smile and patience. I very much appreciated it
