KFC

This was my first time trying KFC, believe it or not, and I was looking forward to it. I placed a large order, but most of it got substituted with different items—my well-done wings were replaced with thighs due to the wait, which I didn't mind. However, they also swapped another wings order for a sandwich, claiming it was the same price, possibly because they were short on wings. I sense that some dishonesty or miscommunication was involved. Additionally, I didn't receive any of the sauces I requested. I don't think I would return to this place, despite it being clean and empty; it has excellent potential if managed correctly and if they actually deliver the correct food. The French fries were delicious, and the gravy was delicious, but too salty.

The food has gotten so bad at kfc over the years I should have known better 🤢🤢🤢 I had to throw away my whole order. The chicken was so hard and dry. The chicken in my famous bowl was so dark. I’m sick just thinking about it. Even the Mac n cheese was bad.

I won't even give them a one, but a zero is not an option. I came in today, 11/24/2025, and had a website order. They gave my order away to a customer because they were out of nuggets. Then they told me that my $25 order was not available because they gave my paid order to someone else. They only gave me two chicken sandwiches for a $25 order and claimed they couldn't give me a refund because it was through the website. The girl in pink Crocs was rude and claimed she was the manager and that her general manager was on vacation and would not be returning. How can a general manager have a vacation that lasts forever? They need new training and new staff. They close at 10 p.m. and yet have nothing at 8 p.m. I run a restaurant and would never think this is acceptable, let alone yelling at a cu

5 star all the way!! Was greeted with the most wonderful people and many smiles. Order the wings and a 4 piece drumstick, so fresh and crispy. I will definitely be coming back. I forgot the person who helped me but they were an absolute angel!!! Helping with some recommendations and telling about their deals and everything!! honestly the best one I’ve been to in a very long time, definitely stop by and have your day lifted with these beautiful smiles and kindness!! Keep it up kfc team you’re doing a wonderful job!!

I was excited and disappointed at the same time. I don’t have a KFC anywhere near me and I myself was a manager of the KFC years ago so I stopped off at this location. Ordered a famous bowl with no cheese or corn. I had my chicken on the side. That’s my favorite way to order it. Let the cashier know that I’m not around here. I’m super excited to be here until I got my food and parked to eat it. The chicken was hard as a rock. I couldn’t even bite in it. I couldn’t even eat it and asked for the mashed potatoes and gravy. There was like three maybe four bites and I was out of gravy couldn’t eat it either so for $8.50 I got three bites of mashed potatoes and gravy. I was extremely disappointed.
