🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👀 Went through the drive-thru at KFC - Yonge Street around 10 p.m. and this place absolutely nailed it. Two guys working the drive-thru were super friendly, super on point, and genuinely kind. You can tell they care. Food was great overall 🍗🔥 The corn was solid 🌽👌 Only tiny thing: the Chicken Little bun might’ve been toasted a bit too much or slightly stale—but honestly, I still enjoyed it. Not a deal-breaker at all. I asked for extra napkins and they hooked it up without hesitation 🙌🧻 They even wished me a Merry Christmas 🎄😊 which totally made my night. Because of that service, this just became my favorite KFC. Those guys deserve a raise. Period. 💯👏 P.S. You got to try the lemonade with vanilla cream I was skeptical but it was seriously amazing. Omg ❤️❤️

Went into this KFC at dinner time. Problems immediately upon ordering. Cashier was ringing up items NOT sold for items at their discretion because of the "so called" cheaper prices. A large extra coleslaw was ordered but, forgot so, the cashier just threw in an individual size for free after I checked my order for accurancy This is not good for a companies business, inventory or customer service. Order took an hour almost to put together, dirty tables and store also. Useless, lazy staff and poor customer service. I tried calling corporate about my concerns and poor service just to be told someone would follow up. So far, this has yet to happen!

Let me say, how annoyed I am with the service here tonight. First we waited in the drive thru for about 25 minutes, finally get to the window, paid, handed my food, checked and there was an item missing then I looked at the portion of the famous and it was not even filled in the bowls, it was half assed. I asked to get my money back as I am trying to give the food back and was told that I couldn’t get a refund, which is ridiculous because I always thought we can especially since the food wasn’t eaten. I am so annoyed and felt unsatisfied with customer service and the food overall.

Order was wrong. They shorted me on the chicken. When you pay for a 16 piece and only get 12 after paying $50 for a family meal, I would at least expect some kind of apology or at least make it right. Instead, you can't get hold of anyone and the computer generated BS gets you nowhere. Horrible service. Incompetent staff. Never go there. I know I won't

Would give zero stars if you could, usually it’s ok, but last night my husband found a bug in the bun of his chicken sandwich. Definitely will not be back!
