KFC

Went thru drive thru ordered 70$ worth of food. I live out of town so didnt check order until i got home. When unpacking order my 8 piece chicken tenders 21.99$ was not there. I tried calling last night 6 times and so far 3 times today. Have NOT talked to anyone. There # is either wrong or just not picking up the call.

Me and my grandson made a order online North Topeka on Saturday it was not the day I called and said I'm sorry and this is the first time I made a complaint the manager was kind and stated I leave a note for you I called today no note but I was treated so kindly and when me and my grandson went in the staff were the kindest the food was perfect but the best thing was how kind we were treated and the restaurant well kept and clean thank you for treating us with such kindness

Clown show at this place. Guy working the window couldn't get my order right. Had to explain it to him 3 times. There is literally no one there and they don't have BBQ Sandwiches ready. I have to pull aside. He says 3 minutes. 10 minutes later I go in and they say, oh, your sandwich is ready, but your fries aren't. I told these wizards that I didn't order fries. There was literally no one there and now I know why. They are terrible at basic service. Do not go here. Avoid at all costs. Can't process one damn order.

This place is definitely ran down and the food was not good at all. Very dirty in the drive thru they need to power was the black going up the wall to the drive thru windows and it looks like they haven't cleaned the drive thru windows in weeks

You can get what they have on hand but not what you ordered. Rundown store makes you question food safety. While youre waiting for your food you can listen to the manager or shift lead who is middle aged talking to teenagers about their sex life!
