KFC

This was a delivery. The chicken was fatty, wet flour, sloppy, and sloppy. The coleslaw and biscuit with drink were the only good things. Will never order from there again. This KFC was in Troy, NY

I was verbally attacked by 4 employees when I asked where my fries were after 32 mins waiting. We were finally given our sandwiches cold and dry after 26 mins. When I complained they called me a liar and wanted proof so I showed my receipt and then they escalated to screaming at me. We were told to leave the store and were not allowed to finish our dinner or refill our drinks. 4 of the employees followed us to our vehicle screaming obscenities and calling us white privileged. If I wasnt traveling from virginia I would have take the time to call the police but after 10 hours driving we left instead. We didn't get to eat our fries because they were not cooked plus who knew what your employees had done to them. I have a video to prove any questions.

Beyond terrible, their service concept needs to be honest. First, their staff need to be truthful and state the exact time frame. Your time may not be valuable, but people's time is. If it's 5 minutes, maybe 10 minutes will pass, but 40 minutes won't come after saying 5 minutes. I think honesty is the most important thing.

I come here fairly often on weekends and I can say the weekend crew and their manager are seriously great, very accommodating and respectful even the younger guys working there. Probably the best service I’ve ever had from a fast food place 4 stars because others are saying it’s pretty bad on weekdays, I’ll take their word for it. But weekend crew is great, hope they take good care of the manager

This was the worst fast food experience of my life. Ordered in the restaurant for take away on 29 December 2026 around 3 pm. There seemed to only be one staff member working. We waited 20 min for a family meal to be told that the biscuits would need 14 more minutes. The staff agreed to swap out the biscuits for other items. In the process he forgot our mashed potatoes and gravy. Went back in to get these, and still left with only one portion. The staff member seemed frantic and overworked. Not impressed.
