KFC

I went there yesterday, September 25, 2025 about 6:45pm. I bought a 2 piece chicken. The chicken was raw AND the fries was old/stale. The fries I got was fried from the day before. It was so horrible. Not even ketchup they put in the bag.

New building, new location, 100 feet from previous location. We'll see how well they can keep it up. I saw staff keeping this place clean which is good. All new everything so it is more comfortable than previous location. Staffs are as good as they can be for fast food chicken. No complaints so far.

I paid $8.49 apiece for two 8 piece chicken nugget meals the nuggets where about the size of a nickel one box only had 5 nuggets and some crumbs. Y'all need to do better. I won't be back

August 28th 2025. Google Maps and their front door says they're open until 10:00 p.m., but I got here at 9:20 p.m. and they were already closed and have the doors locked. There were three people inside who could have easily kept the place open but they or just collecting pay for doing nothing.

Was charged for someone else’s order, refunded, and then charged for the correct order - all without being made aware til after the fact. So the refund should be back on my card in a few days. Ordered 2 sandwiches that I triple checked did not come with mayonnaise via the KFC official website - therefore there was no need to customize. They put mayo on them. Luckily it wasn’t too much and we easily removed it. Food was quite good but service and quality control is lacking.
