KFC

Recently tried working on an investigation and phone and wallet was taken while I was there or immediately after I left. Suspect employee. Attempted to get surveillance and employee stated manager could look it up day after (day before esterday Jan 22rd) 2026. Attempted to reach PD without phone unsuccessful. Yesterday Jan 23rd employee stated he had the wallet but didn't have the phone. Gave me back the wallet w cash still in it. Manager was threatening, purposely interupting and said he didn't have access. Manager accused me of throwing his phone because of possible cover after short convo after I spoke to alleged top manager using a phone store manager provided both stated they wouldn't look up it up and couldn't. Stated to call cops and wait for them to look at surveillance. Called

Stopped in to get the 5 piece chicken tender special. The staff was very friendly and courteous. There was an employee named Jerome that actually said hello to me and asked If I was a customer of KFC. Jerome was the reason I stopped in because I was walking by to the bus stop. Jerome then started talking about the specials KFC has and he was actually working in the rain cleaning up around the building. I only had $5 on me and the 5 piece chicken tender special was $6.30. I was surprised when Jerome went into his wallet and gave me $2. I didn't want to take his money, but he said pass it on to the next person. I asked what did he mean and Jerome told me since he helped me, that I help someone else when I can. I've never had anyone do something like this for me. I'm still in shock over it be

The crew that was working must've had a rough day. Customer service skills were not really present. Upper management needs to be involved. Food was good.

they asked me to pull off to the side after i paid, I WAITED 40 MINS and literally only went for wedges. i ordered a famous bowl and 6 piece meal w sides. my boyfriend and i watched 7 cars get their food before us, then this man has the audacity to come out and tell us they are out of wedges and he’s in there alone. MIND YOU, we watched another woman walk people their food. i bet you they got wedges tho..
