KFC

Got a KFC bowl and a spicy chicken little sandwich. I love the spicy mayo. It's spicier than the tenders. There wasn't a long wait for our food and the atmosphere was quiet and calm. There wasn't any zero sugar drinks except pepsi zero and a bottle of water though, which was odd for a restaurant.

Unlike some folks, I really wish they had made me wait 15 minutes if it meant I could have gotten fresh chicken tenders. First, I ordered the 5-piece, but it was really like 4 1/3 because one definitely wasn't anywhere near the size of a full tender. Second, and more important, they definitely weren't fresh--barely lukewarm and tasted like they had been sitting for a while (also kind of overcooked). This was my first time at this location, and it will be my last. I really had a taste for some good chicken tenders, and these were HIGHLY disappointing.

3 of 4 wings had feathers! 🤮 Do they clean the chicken? I called the first day, within an hour of the order and there was no answer. I spoke with the Manager the next day who said her “cooks know better than to serve chicken that way”. She will have a discussion with them. There was no acknowledgement of replacing the food I couldn’t eat, refunding me or making it right. Not only was the food disgusting, the service after reporting it made the experience worse.

The food was disgusting. My biscuits were hard as a rock. Chicken was old. The regular chicken was so old it was dry and crispy the crispy was beyond hard to eat. Potatoes had no flavor and the Mac and cheese was overcooked and old nothing but mush. Only thing fresh was my wedges

Hands down the BEST KFC I've ever had!! Chicken was piping hot and crispy, and meat was soft and juicy inside. I was surprised how clean this place was because I usually have low standards for fried chicken places. But the service was great, and chicken was perfect.
