KFC

Most of the food on the buffet was fresh the cornbread was old and the Apple streusel thing was old Ane dried out. The employees were great! There was not a diet soda option on the fountain only a Pepsi zero option. This gave me no option to drink other than water. We went there as a result of the studio review episode.

Wonderful crew. We were in town for Dr's visit. We walked into the restaurant we were greated by two young employees, one named Serenity and the other named Brooklyn. We haven't been to KFC in awhile so are we took up a moment to look over the menu they both were both attentive, welcoming, and looking at us right in the eyes waiting for us to decide our order. With a look on their face to do one thing, and that was of service. Anticipating our decision to do one thing, so as soon as they heard the order they not only could but can fill the order, even glad to make sure we got our order. They made sure that we knew about the KFC buffet and our sides for the order we did decided on. When the order came out it was not only quick but Brooklyn had a proud look on his face that it was done right

I got here at 11:11 July 21. I asked the lady at the buffet what was in that pan ? She said it was chicken and rice .I said well I don't see any rice. It looked disgusting and I told her that .More like mush. Look like they had been serving if for about 3 days or more. And second couple came in and walked up there she looked at me and said what is that? I said well its suppose to be chicken and rice . She said oh No . Then the lady a few minutes later that was running the bar went carred it to the back . Then brought it back out and put it back up there and looked like water was added .Looked like slop or something you would feed a dog .And there's another problem here. Customers are trying to get bowls .Some of the managers don't have problems giving them and some that don't. Why not just

I went through drive thru this evening and when handed the bag I sat it on my window sill and my butterfingers dropped the food in between the window and my car. The workers were understanding and replaced my food with no problems. Very kind courteous service.

Horrible customer service. The guy at the front had no problem but the “manger” was extremely rude and clearly has no idea how to treat customers.
