They have the 10 dollars special bucket every Tuesday-but every time you ask for it, the answer is YOU NEED TO WAY 20 TO 30 MINUTES. that's every Tuesday. Then they try to give you the extra crispy that being there for hours. They do that every Tuesday. Why's the excuse every time- Hard to believe. They just want to sell the OLD CHICKEN. BECAREFULL WHEN YOU GO THERETHEY GIVE YOU OLD CHICKEN.

This location was renovated not long ago. The ugly tile & the unmovable chairs on a single pole locked into the floor are gone. Looks better. The menu is updated and easier to read. The restroom was clean. As for the food quality: the usual. IMPORTANT NOTE: Never go thru the drive-thru at this location. Always slow. Walk in and check the line. If too long, find another place as the service is slow.

I really hate this place. I’ve come here multiple times and they always have a problem with my order and one time I got a Party pack of the tacos and I asked for them to be crunchy supreme and instead they gave me all of them soft and when I was going to complain about it I reconsidered as I remembered seeing them already arguing with a customer and I noticed their manager Martha was their and I’ve already had a bad experience with this woman so I just took my tacos and decided to never go back but then my daughter decided to buy Taco Bell for dinner and well not only did they get her order wrong but put her at risk of an allergic reaction when she went to go inside and get it fixed the first thing she saw was a mess and they quite literally took 15 minutes to even tend to the line of cust

Nuggets gave me food poisoning be careful I don’t think workers are being hygienic or may be selling old food, I’ve never had food poisoning until now and I’ve never left a review until now, (I’m 22) my generation doesn’t leave reviews lol so understand when I say be careful I feel like I’m dying

I don’t recommend coming to this place. One time I decided to come inside and order and I kept hearing this weird sound over the counter like a rat and well as I looked over they had food all over the floor and not to mention how dirty the tiles were. I kindly asked the cashier at the moment and he told me it was a rat and that he was tired of working there because his shift supervisor I believe her name was Martha kept being mean to him and she and the other employees were always gossiping or talking about each other and that he was tired of cleaning since most of the time they never even had any of the proper cleaning supplies. And not to mention another time he told me about some homeless man who literally popped everywhere in the bathroom it was so disgusting and he said I promise you
