If could no stars , definitely would. I ordered a #4 3 chicken tenders and a Mt dew. My husband ordered a # 3 with Dr pepper. The girl at register argued I had ordered a #3 PC chicken. I said no. She got real mouthy. I told my husband forget mine I can go to mcds next door and walked out. He stayed and waited on order. No place to sit inside. She gave no silverware and gave wrong drinks. He got Pepsi and I have no idea what mine was. Lady out on phone picking her nose and literally had her hands down her pants scratching her a--. I said joking as we went in I hope she not the cook. When my husband went back in to get silverware and the right drink he found out she was manager...So don't waste your time here ...Awful place..

Don't go anywhere near 10pm. They close early. Went by on a Monday night, lobby says 9:00pm closing. It's 10:07pm now and they are closed. Drive thru and all. Figure it out...

My husband and I went when they first opened this restaurant. Today Tuesday December 19th is the first time we've been back to order food for dinner. We decided to go through the drive thru and then ordered the $20 dollar "fill up box". I was not happy at all! The chicken nuggets were dried out and very hard and cold! The French fries were cold! The biscuits was cold! And they gave us thighs and NO breast! The chicken was all cold!! It's like the box was already prepared, and just sitting under the lights!!😬 I don't think I'll be going back there any time soon!!! The service was great, and the girls were pretty nice. But all the food was cold and dried out so yeah I believe I'm done with this particular Restaurant!

Came for a pick up order. Was in the lobby for 10 minutes and NOT ACKNOWLEDGED AT ALL. Not until 2 other people came in and they completely bypassed me and I had to advise that I was in line before the orders and the lady stated “well if it’s a pick up order it’s not ready anyway” How would you even know when you haven’t even acknowledged me… Go somewhere else. The wait and customer service is not worth it. And the food wasn’t even fresh for the wait!

WOW! This KFC location has such good food!! Seriously, the food is just always SO Fresh! My order is always correct and it’s like they take pride in making my food. I no longer go to Lisa’s or Chicken Express. I’ve always liked KFC a lot, but never really had a good experience until now at this specific location. The employees are very friendly too, and the inside it’s very clean. I’ll continue to give this KFC my business, it’s Fresh, It’s Hot and made with care it’s GREAT!! 🤍❤️🍗
