KFC

Was not impressed by any means. They got new management so I thought I would give them a try. 1st off I waited 20 mins in drive thru from order to actually leaving. They told me it was because they were making fresh fries. ( dont think it takes that long). Then when i asked for a straw for my drink I got the window shut in my face and never got the straw. Food quality and time it took was definitely not worth what I paid. And the prices were posted on the boards differently that what they advertised. It will be a long time before I go back unless I get tacos. Maybe.

Don't order from here if you value your time and/or money. I placed an order online at 7:15. I drove the couple blocks over to pick up the food and got there maybe three minutes later. There was a sign on the door saying the lobby had closed at 7, so I got in the drive thru to pick up my order. As I sat in the drive thru, my order status was changed to complete about 10-15 minutes after ordering. I am not exaggerating when I say, there were maybe five cars, including me, in the line, and of those five cars only two of them even got to place an order at the speaker and get their food (I hope). I sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes, never even reaching the speaker before the employees started closing things up at 8. When I finally was able to reach the window to pick up my order, they yel

I ordered a lot of chicken for my son's birthday party and I did it on short notice and they made it happen for me. I didn't get a chance to let the staff know exactly how appreciative I was to them because they did this during the dinner rush. Hopefully this review serves as a huge thank you to Wisconsin Rapids KFC and Taco Bell.

I thought I'd give it another chance since the opening. I hoped it'd be run better than last time. No such luck. Same owner? Ordered 2 piece chicken, mashed potatoes, biscuit and spicy chicken sandwich with fries. The fries were cold, not warm but cold. Butter didn't melt on the potatoes or biscuit. Chicken was almost hot, but didn't taste very good AND it took better than 20 minutes to get the food. They also have a sign saying no refunds, but will remake your food with a smile. Someone came in returning food because it wasn't what they ordered. And while I was waiting for our food, there was an order sitting on counter for at least 7 or 8 minutes, didn't even have a cover on it. So almost $20 and it wasn't even worth taking home. Don't waste your time or your money.

Not a regular customer. The lady that started my order was helpful and polite, but I guess they wanted to close drive thru early (but didn't tell me that). No forks. Half of my chicken was cut up and seemed to be missing. Manager seemed disappointed when I chose something they didn't have made due to closing early, which she still didn't tell me. Person behind me and I waited while they cooked it. When I pulled around again to get a fork they ignored me gor a good minute or two while they were standing around chatting and when I received about 6 sets of silverware for my one mashed potato it seemed like the guy thought I should have known better. Hopefully I didn't ruin their day too bad 😆. Next time I'll be sure to call ahead just in case
