Normally, every other Friday is our time to visit the KFC here in Zephyrhills. Every time I visit, the food is consistently hot, fresh, and delicious – exactly what you want from KFC! But what really makes this location stand out is the staff. They are always so genuinely friendly and efficient. It's a pleasure to be greeted with a smile. Great food and even better service, this past Friday was not the case. Our norm is a large family-size bucket of chicken, four sides, and biscuits. We got home, set up, and sat down to eat, and were very disappointed in the quality of the meal. To start, the biscuits were crumbly, not flaky, and very dry. Terrible experience. I drove all the way from Wesley chapel for this. The person working the window has no customer service skills, unfriendly. I asked for honey barbecue wings so they put a box of chicken with a bunch of the bbq sauces thrown in the bag. If they didn’t have bbq, then just tell the customer that. And then asking for my refund, I’m given attitude/ the worst looks. No apologies for the wrong order or behavior. When I left the black lady did apologize so I appreciate that she’s the only person who works there that has empathy. That is the type of person who should be manager. I left and went to chipotles. Ordered through Uber Eats. Probably the worst fried chicken I’ve ever had. Soggy, batter falling off, not crispy at all. This isn’t a delivery issue. It was just terrible. The bottom box (not a bucket) fell apart due to the ridiculous amount of grease dripping off the chicken, and fell onto the table. Hadn’t had KFC in at least 20 years. Won’t do it again.

Went last night to get dinner for the family. The total was $73 I gave the lady $60 cash and told her to charge the rest on my card ( $13) she charged my card $37. When I went back to get my change bc I was owed $23 she argued with me for 15 minutes about how much she owed me and I almost didn’t get my money back . This is not the first time this has happened with the SAME LADY. She refused to let me see my receipt which makes me believe she added the $23 on as a tip for herself ! Be aware of how much change you should be getting back I’m not the first person she’s done this to. I will be contacting corporate to let them know what there MANAGER is doing to the customers at the zephyrhills location

If i could give zero stars , i would 1000% do it , trash service, trash employees, ordered queso & wedges online, chubby hispanic lady at the window tells me they dont have queso and supposedly their store never had it, so she tells me i can just get a large wedge fries but without the queso or a refund, i tell her that the wedges by themselves is fine, but i asked her to please include sauce because im not eating fries without no sauce, she goes back in and ends up giving me the wedges in a SMALL size instead of large and doesnt even give me the straw for my drink i had ordered and 0 sauce is in the bag , like i had let her know to add the sauce and she said YES, and when she handed it to me she closed the window extremely fast and i wasnt even being rude at all to her so yeah this kfc IS
