Khalil Biryani House Jackson Heights

I absolutely love the customer service here! The staff is incredibly professional and welcoming. I recently tried the Beef Tehari and Chai at the Jackson Heights branch, and the food was good. I’ve also managed to try every item at the Jamaica location! While the food is a solid staple, the hospitality is what truly keeps me coming back.

I previously went to the Hillside avenue branch, where I liked the food. Here, I don't how know many days ago the biriyani was prepared. They heat up the food in oven, but that heating goes away very soon, and food feels cold within a few minutes. But I am mostly disappointed with their restroom. The hand dispenser was blocked by a mop. I don't know how much they care to make this restaurant successful. Unfortunate. And also, as a biriyani house, they were out of Borhani. That was disappointing too. I guess hillside avenue branch is better. Never will come to this branch. And the food felt expensive.

Bad customer service they serve me burn meat in biryani when i explain them they did not say sorry at all.

This was honestly one of the worst food experiences I’ve had in a long time. I ordered with high expectations, but what I got was pure disappointment. The food looked nothing like the pictures. Everything was cold, soggy, and tasted like it was cooked hours ago and just reheated. The chicken was dry like cardboard. The rice had no flavor. The sauce tasted weird and smelled old. Even the fries were soft and oily — not crispy at all. Portion size was very small for the price. Totally not worth the money. Customer service didn’t care, and the place felt rushed and unprofessional. I felt like I literally threw my money in the trash.

I tried the goat kacchi biryani at Khalil Biryani (Jackson Heights branch) and it was a huge disappointment. The taste was completely off, the rice felt dry and poorly seasoned, and the goat meat was tough with an unpleasant smell. It didn’t feel fresh at all and lacked the authentic kacchi biryani flavor you would expect. Overall, the quality was very poor and absolutely not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for good biryani.
