Kick n’ Chicken

Do Not Waste Your Time or Money at this establishment. I will be spreading the word to my family, friends and coworkers to not patronize either location they are both horrible. I’m new to Delaware and when I first started ordering from here about a year ago they were decent at best every order since then has gone down down down . Yesterday they received the last order they will ever get from me . The chicken was Old, Burnt, Dry and extremely Tiny (see my pics the thighs were about 2 inches with no meat, all bone) I called to complain and the manager Janelle told me she would call the manager and call me back. If I could give this place no ratings I would they took our order were very rude and not very interactive at all. Then when we got our order my husband wanted hot sauce with his meal they tried to charge us an astronomical amount for a packet of hot sauce. The food was horrible and you could definitely tell no thought put into it at all just there for a paycheck we will not be back

Soooo good! Got a 4 piece gluten free fried chicken and gluten free fried mushrooms and they were incredible. Boyfriend said they didn’t even taste gf. They have a dedicated fryer which is a must. Worth traveling for.

My wife and i ate at your store today in Milford. My wife is gluten free. The 2 young girls that work there was awesome very polite and knowledgeable. The food was great. We will be back

i onlyy tried kick n chicken, cause theyy used to serve at myy old track meets. but i had the worst experience wit the food. the worker told me over the phone that the mac n cheese is packaged. & that theyy don’t make the sides there, so y’all have me warmed up paxkages food & charged me $25… the chicken is fresh, needs more breading, & all them looked the size of wingdings. the rolls were okayy, the onlyy reason i rated the service a 3 was because theyy were young & respectful. so reallyy the problem is who eva budgets & picks companyy for the food. it’s a pickk up spot that serves chicken & a few side whyy is everyy thing not made fresh. ik now whyy theirs usuallyy no cars.
