Kickabrew Coffee Co.

Over winter break my child was participating in a horse camp in Brimfield. We live just far enough away that it felt wasteful to drive all the way there and back twice in the same day two days in a row. I decided to hang out at Kickabrew in Edwards during the camp and do some professional development virtually. It was, of course, the coldest two days of break. The shop is adorable. A+ on the decor and furniture. It’s very cozy. In the winter, the main floor is a bit chilly because people are constantly coming in and out. The two doors help with the flow of people, but also let all the warm air out. Despite that, it’s still rather comfy because of the atmosphere and furniture. My husband and I were traveling back home from Knoxville, Illinois and thought we'd swing by and try out a coffee shop along the way. I parked along the side of the building right past the four way stop. This was my first time trying out Kickabrew Coffee so I didn't know what to expect when I went inside. We had been outside for a while so I was looking forward to trying out a nice hot coffee! I got the white chocolate coffee and my husband got a hot cocoa. While we waited for our drinks we took a look around the coffee shop and I have to say, it's quite charming! I was not expecting the back room at all, not to mention all of the seating and the log cabin look that it had to offer either. Was driving by through Edwards and saw this cute little coffee shop. Went inside and got a hot chocolate and a chocolate croissant. Both were amazingly delicious. But what really struck me was just how cute this coffee shop is. It has tons of nooks and corners where anybody could find a comfy spot. Hands down the cutest, coziest coffee shop I've ever seen in my life.

Cute coffee shop. Loved the different options for seating. Carmel iced latte was excellent and the ham and cheese turnover was delicious. Definitely recommend!

I finally got to go back to Kickabrew for the first time in a long time. Their coffee and chai are fantastic, and their service is always wonderful. I was there on Monday earlier in the morning around 9, and my drink and food were ready pretty quickly. The staff are very friendly and kind as well. I ordered a chai latte, ham and cheese pastry, and the waffle of the day. I personally recommend the waffle and coffee combo for $6, it’s a pretty good deal.
