Killer Burger Tanasbourne

Food was great. Cashier lacked personality. Server that brought the food to our table and checked in a few times was really lovely. Atmosphere was great. Very clean. Unisex individual bathrooms have baby changing tables in them!

Came with the whole family. They enjoyed there burgers. My husband got the BBq burger and the kids got chicken sandwiches and the kids cheeseburger. Large burgers and filling. A basket of fries was enough for the three of them. I didn’t order as it was about 80 degrees in the store and I cannot eat when it’s that hot. Not sure why it was so hot but we quickly ate and left. Service was okay.

Was excited to try "killer burgers" until I got home and found the wrong order. I ordered their special priced 11 dollar burger basket ×2. With one of them having a double burger, on the side for my dog. Cheese on one of the burgers. What I got was 2 patties in a box,fries in another, the second basket had no cheese but had bacon we didn't order. I called to get my other hamburger, which I had to return to receive. No lettuce, tomatoes, mayo or any condiments! Just dry. And with bacon,again,I didn't order.Giving the food place a huge1! Paying nearly 30 bucks for 2 burger baskets that is a standard order there plus tip.....thanks for the wrong order...TWICE! NOT EXCITED TO TRY THIS PLACE AGAIN!

Was greeted nicely by Rahja as we entered and she took our order as well. She was very personable with a great attitude as we picked out our burgers. She even checked in on us to make sure everything was going well; the burgers, fries and drink were really tasty. Employees that care, especially in food service, are getting harder to find; it makes a big difference and is greatly appreciated. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Im NOT a burger person. The last time i had a burger was a year ago at Dicks in WA. My partner said this place was *really* good, so i skeptically humored him. Yall, that beef was so tender, so well ground and pressed, that i honestly couldnt parse its texture from the other ingredients. The beefy flavor was very much still the star of the show, dont get me wrong. I got the bbq bacon one, cant remember the name, added extra grilled onions and some crispy jalapeños, and off to heaven i went. My partner got the peanutbutter pickel burger and regretted it, per his words "its just too much peanutbutter" i was too much of a scaredy cat to try it. The place is huge, so much floor space, i imagine its great for weekends out or game days. I personally didn't enjoy having this huuuge place being so
