Kilwins Ice Cream - Chocolate - Fudge

I love coming here for ice cream! They always have the cutest setups; each time I visit, there's something new and charming to enjoy. The attention to detail and creativity make every trip special. It's my favorite spot—I highly recommend it!

The girl serving us wasn't nice at all. Once I paid for our stuff we weren't even offered a bag or receipt. This young lady was in an awful hurry to get back to her phone. I think we inconvenienced her by just being customers wanting to get some ice cream. I've been to Kilwins in North Carolina and they treated us super nice there. They had a welcoming atmosphere there but the store here in Columbus sucks because of the workers. They need to be trained to interact with customers. I was disappointed with the experience but on the other hand the ice cream is terrific.

Ice cream is amazing. But the staff does not greet you when you walk in. Like there’s no interaction or making you feel welcomed. Please work on customer service skills.

Came on a Sunday afternoon and the ice cream was perfect. Quick service, large and cool eating area. Good chocolate too!

Although the place is small, the ice cream and homemade waffle cones make it worth it. Coconut lovers… be sure to get the toasted coconut! 10/10
