Kilwins Ice Cream - Chocolate - Fudge

The best ice cream I've ever eaten in my entire life. I've returned at least 5 times in the past 3 months. The employees are truly kind and cheerful - perfect for ice cream shop! You won't be disappointed! You can trust the sweetness you smell from the sidewalk...totally worth every penny! I've been eyeing those caramel apples, and looking forward to trying one soon! Long wait to get ice cream due to the long lines and not enough help. Young people working with no supervision. Inefficient, One guy took his hat off scratched his hair for a couple minutes put his hat back on and went back to handling food. Paying $10 for a cup of ice cream you should get better and quicker service. Not to mention more sanitary. I love their ice cream but will not be going back.

Ice Cream was good. The smell of the fresh waffle cones was amazing. Need to go back and try the fresh waffle cones/waffle bowls and also the fudge. We couldn't get everything we wanted because the kids were restless after waiting in line for so long. The line can get pretty long since it's so popular.

I don’t write reviews often, but today was an exception. Earlier, I went with my family to get ice cream from this shop on 5th avenu, who has a nut allergy. Unfortunately, they couldn’t accommodate his allergy, so we had to leave. We then went to Kilwins ice cream shop. I had three kids with me, and the line was so long. I went inside first to ask about their allergy accommodations and explained my son’s situation. The woman who helped me was incredibly kind. Without hesitation, she said she could help, brought out a brand-new box of ice cream to avoid any risk of cross-contamination, and took our order right away so we didn’t have to wait in the long line. Regardless of the reason for visiting 5th Ave this is a stop you must make while you have the opportunity. Get some chocolate and share some sweetness with those you love and care for. And grandparents the gift can be sent if your not able to gift them in person. Personally my daughter always smiles when she just see the label knowing the sweet treat is just for her.
