They were out of this world! Main course -- Bun Cha Hanoi i understand why Anthony Bourdain loved this dish The combination of grilled pork patties in Vietnamese dipping sauce, vermicelli noodles and fresh herbs was epic! Hot Vietnamese coffee... if you've haven't tasted this coffee you're missing out! This restaurant is superbly situated in the Fairfax Circle Shopping Center, next to shops and a spacious, complimentary parking lot. It serves exceptional Vietnamese cuisine paired with outstanding service. The decor is a captivating blend of modern and traditional elements, featuring plants, flowers, exquisite paintings, a large fish tank, and an eye-catching mural near the bar area. Imperial Beef Soup and Pho Kim stand out with their intensely flavorful broth and high-quality beef slices. The Roll Sampler offers a good combination of summer rolls, spring rolls, and shrimp triangles, providing a satisfying texture and a comforting, home-cooked taste that makes this cozy restaurant a must-visit.

Went for a Friday night dinner, not very crowded but slow service. No one ordered pho, that may have been the mistake. The ginger chicken was very salty. The whole fried snapper was listed as market price. We didn’t ask just ordered, $65, a bit on the expensive side. The summer rolls were good as were the other appetizers. The pho broth was just okay. With all the other pho/Vietnamese restaurants around, we will try somewhere else before going back. Or go to our regular place.

Visited with some friends and we were very happy with our meal. First impression when we walked in was that it is very elegant yet authentic and traditional inside. There are live plants and definitely good vibes. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into the space and design with the beautiful artwork and greenery. They have a nice bar with great cocktails. Loved my lychee mojito and my friend loved her cosmo. Also - do yourself a favor and get the taro boba. It was amazing the tapioca was made so moist and warm and easy to chew unlike some places. My favorites were the rolls sampler, vermicelli bowl with chicken, pork, and spring roll, and the shaky beef (filet mignon cubes) which sizzling on a skillet when it came to our table. My husband and I visited Kim's Pho Kitchen + Bar Restaurant for the first time, after my search for Vietnamese cuisine in Fairfax VA, since we're new in this area. I checked the website and was pretty impressed with how the dishes are photographed. So we went there to check it out! My first impression when we walked in was that it is charming and traditional. There are live plants everywhere inside the restaurant, you can tell there was some thought put into the design of the space to make customers feel welcomed and relaxed.
