Today's experience was not good at all. I ordered a medium Lalo with rice & beans and was given a bunch of fat and bones... Some of the beans were not cooked and could break a tooth if not careful 🤦Pretty disappointing as their food is usually much better.

She was on time with the food which is greatly appreciated. She wasnt outbof what we wanted either. We called and it was done within 15m or so like she said. She was friendly and the food was delicious. My spelling will be horrible, don't mind me lol: I had a platter of diri jon jon avek poul (blk rice with chicken) and 2 platters of diri kole avek legume. They had a good amount as well. They were delicious. Wish I took pics but was rushing at the time. Next time I will. They also have a market right next door that I want to check out next time as well.

Very unprofessional and slow service. I called ahead to place an order for a medium plate, 40 minutes later it still wasn’t even made; they didn’t write my order down. They also charged me for a large instead of medium. Food was okay, there’s better haitian food next door for cheaper. Go to Good Shepherd restaurant next door for better service and food for cheaper.

We ordered conch large for $30.00, when we got home. The dish had shrimp. The restaurant never asked us if we wanted shrimp included. 🍤 On basis of allergies 🤧 they failed to communicate and violation of food service industry standard. This is poor management and food management. We uncovered the shrimp after my husband started to eat. We hope in the future that when they're substitute anything it is worth mentioning. 🙏🏾 We thought we paid for conch instead had a different dish.

IF YOU HAVE NEVER HAD HAITIAN FOOD & YOU LIVE NEAR LINDEN, NJ, I RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. The food here was awesome. They make one of the BEST Soursop shakes(recommended by a local). And I must say the customer service was very good here. I appreciated the servers attentiveness to my sister & I with our random questions & inquiries in the mist of taking orders and answering the phone.😋
