King Neptune Restaurant

In all the decades I have lived here, for whatever reason I have never stopped in the King Neptune. This is by far the best bisque and cracked conch I have ever eaten in my life. Everything was great including the staff.

What a nice discovery!! We have been looking for nice places that serve fried oysters and this place was a treat. Usually, fried oysters come in tiny portions and are not as fresh. That wasn't the case here. You almost can feel the salty taste of the sea on those. Good side dishes as well!! Curious to come back and taste what more than can offer!!!

The place looked like a dive and I almost didn’t go in! If I hadn’t read the reviews I never would have chosen this place! Right across the street were beautiful restaurants with tiki huts and right on the water. We decided to peek in and at least look at a menu. The place was small but packed! We decided to give it a try and it was so good we went back the next day! The fried shrimp was the very best I ever had in my life! The batter was very crispy, but light! Not greasy at all! A few days later I went va k again. I’ll be going home to NY soon and I’m going to try to get back one more time before I go!

I think everything in the menu is very tasty . I. This opportunity I try the pistachio Mahi. Absolutely delicious The other plate on the photo is what my friend gets but I don’t remember the name I really recommend the KING NEPTUNE’s homemade seafood bisque What a delicious soup . If you visit my YouTube channel you will see I like seafood . I don’t recommend the “ceviche” not tasty. Very liquid. I like ceviches in the creamy side . So much bell pepper 🫑😭 I know the name in the menu is not ceviche y other . However it wasn’t tasty . Regardless of that. We really enjoy the rest of the food and the attention received

Dont let the first impression dissuade you from coming here. Just like another reviewer, you drive by lots of seafood places with tiki juts and huge spaces, and wonder if this really better... Yes it is. Reminds me of Fish Shack down in Deerfield Beach with more emphasis on food than decor. It was fresh and good. My blackened mahi was a bit overcooked, but still great flavor.
