Customer Reviews
The noodles were amazing💕💕, but the chicken fried rice fell short of my expectations considering the price. It was bland, with no vegetables in rice other than egg. The Thai tea was average.
King of Thai finally got rid of the purple walls inside and remodeled. It no longer feels like eating in a dark garage. They installed new flooring and light fixtures. I had the garlic wings $12 for 6 wings. It smelled wonderful and tasted great. It came with this unique sweet soy sauce with green onions and ground pepper mixed in. The crab fried rice $15 was bland. I had to add a massive amount of hot peppers to make it not taste like paste. Service was fine and my food came out fast.
Def one of my favorite Thai spot. I normally get their panang curry or pad see ew. Today I got to catch up with my brotha, so we got papaya salad also. The service was quick and the vibes were nice, they have TVs there for you to watch. Chopped it up and enjoyed the night. Don’t forget your day ones. Ig@blacktigereats
I ordered two dishes, but the rice was too hard, like leftover rice. The eggplant and green beans were so undercooked they were impossible to chew, and there was barely any basil. This is the worst Thai food I’ve ever had.
The green curry was quite good, bit of spice and good flavor. Eggplant chunks were a bit too large. The Pad kee mao was disappointing tbh. Not rich enough flavo. I ordered with beef and they used ground beef which was dry, either overcooked or too lean. Overall decent but you can definitely get better Thai food in the Sunset at this price point. Takeout, pickup time was very quick which was nice, and place seemed nice to dine-in.
